Professor Eguakhide Patrick OAIKHINAN is the First Professor of Ceramics Engineering in Nigeria. He received his first degree in 1977 in Ceramics Science and Engineering from the University of Staffordshire in the United Kingdom and a Masters of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Leeds in the same discipline. He had a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering in 1986 from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom.
Professor Oaikhinan has won several professional awards and fellowships in ceramics engineering and technology including the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), Carnegie Corporation of New York, Third World Academy of Science (TWAS), Council for Scientific and Industrial Research [CSIR] and Federal Government of Nigeria scholarships for all his ceramics science and engineering trainings in overseas.He is listed in who is who in engineering and science in the world.
Dr. Oseme OIGIAGBE has a Ph.D. degree in Technology Management and an M.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He has over 35 years working experience at senior management level in automobile industry both in Nigeria and abroad.
Mr. Odion Ogogo has a B.Tech. (Hons.) Degree in Studio Ceramics from West Minister University in the United Kingdom.
He is a practical ceramist with over 30 years working experience in both the UK and Nigerian Ceramic Industries.
